This "Dijon clone" Chardonnay, showing soft yellow and gold color density, was aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, offering aromas of butterscotch, ripened peach and butter cream vanilla. Balanced acidity accompanies the caramel, key lime pie and vanilla nut flavors. Layered with hints of lemon, it finishes with a bite of vanilla bean. This Chardonnay was "Sur lie" aged for 6 months out of the 10 in 38% new French Oak.
